THE TROUBLE
THE STORY
It starts cozy — a cabin at the edge of the woods. Then you notice the crystals are gone.
A witch has been mining them to power spells you do not want completed, and she's not finished. The gems are hidden deep in the mine, past her traps and her minions.
RECOVER THE CRYSTALS. REACH THE MINE. BREAK THE SPELL.

Claim No. 7 · The Crystal Mine

GOOD QUESTIONS
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Is Crystal Cave scary?
Not even a little. It's a fantasy adventure, an enchanted forest, a crystal-stealing witch, magic to undo, designed to feel wondrous rather than frightening. It's the gentlest room we run and the easiest pick for younger kids and mixed-age groups.
Is it good for young kids and families?
It's our most family-friendly room by a wide margin. The story is simple to follow, the set is bright and genuinely immersive, and the puzzles are intuitive instead of punishing. Kids routinely spot clues the adults walk straight past.
What age is it for?
Ages 7 and up, with an adult in any group that includes under-18 players. No gore, nothing that startles, so it fits families who want adventure without the fright.
Do we need any escape room experience?
None at all. Crystal Cave is beginner-friendly on purpose. The puzzles are fair and unfold in a logical order, so new players rarely stall for long, while experienced groups still enjoy the theming and a mechanic or two they haven't run into before.
What's the ideal group size?
It plays 3 to 8, and it's always private to your party. Groups of 3 to 5 get the most hands-on time. Larger groups move quickly and lean more social.
What happens if we get stuck?
A game master will drop a hint the moment you need one, so nobody burns the hour in frustration. The whole point is for your group to have fun!
